You do your payroll in house:

- Print 940 and 941
Intuit provides Up-to-date federal tax tables and forms by checking whether new tax table and tax rates are available and prompts you to install them before running payroll
2. Enhanced
- Payroll in house:
- setup payroll
- enter employee time
- process paychecks
- tax deposits
- most state tax forms directly from Intuit
- build in method for tracking, reporting and calculating workers comp
- multiple employees on single screen
3. Assisted
You do some yourself:
- Set up payroll
- Pay employees
- Sent info to Intuit
• Intuit takes over:
- Electronic receipt
- Automatically updates to your accounts in QB
- Intuit transfers funds from your bank acct to make deposits
- Intuit files appropriate tax forms on your behalf
- Direct deposit to your employees
4. Complete
Intuit handles all payroll for you.
You fax, mil or e-ail payroll info to intuit and intuit handles all aspects to include paying your employees out of your account.
After payroll as been completed information can then be downloaded from Intuit into your QB data file.
However, if you do NOT want to do your own payroll (with or without Intuit's help), call 775.842.2398 or
(if you live in Northern Nevada) or a ProAdvisor in your area and have them advise and guide you, or even do all the work for you.
QUICKBOOKS ALLOWS PAYCHECKS DATED IN 2006 OR 2007
Payroll Update 20714 allows you to create paychecks dated either in 2006 or 2007.
PAYROLL UPDATE 20714 HAS BEEN RELEASED
QuickBooks Payroll Update 20714 was released on 9/13/2007. If you have Automatic Updates turned on, your QuickBooks software should download and install the updates for you when QuickBooks Payroll releases an update. If you don't have Automatic Updates turned on, you can still get your payroll updates manually.
